★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caipira burger offers a next-level burger, checking all of the boxes of a well-made burger, and taking it a step further. They asked how we wanted our burger patties done (bonus points). They use a specialty house sauce for the buns, which come toasted. Burgers are served with savory Caipira cheese. The fries also come with a house paprika seasoning mix. Note: We did not dine in, but the staff did ask when we would arrive so they could time the fries such that they wouldn't get soggy in the take-out boxes (major bonus points).
