★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria ser maior e ter mais caixas eletrônicos funcionando, em cada 10 vezes que preciso ir a caixa 9 tenho que esperar longas filas, causadas tanto por exesso de gente, pois Surubim atente várias cidades da região e o ambiente não foi projetado para isso.
Sem falar que quase sempre os caixas estão sem funcionar ou sem dinheiro.
Precisa melhorar muito é com urgência.
It should be bigger and have more ATMs working, every 10 times I need to go to box 9, I have to wait long lines, caused by so many people, because Surubim has to pay attention to several cities in the region and the environment was not designed for that.
Not to mention that cashiers are almost always down or out of money.
Need to improve a lot is urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O banco fecha às 16:00 quando são 15:00 eles fecham as portas. Nunca vi algo do tipo você chega oito da manhã e sai às oito da noite. Realmente impressionante a desqualificação de todos, em geral.

The bank closes at 4 pm when it is 3 pm they close the doors. I've never seen anything like you arrive at eight in the morning and leave at eight at night. Really disqualifying everyone, in general.
