Fiquei 2 horas tentando falar no telefone dessa agência aricanduva e ninguém atende.
Acredito que o serviço de telefonista esteja desabitado.
Ou então os gerentes realmente não primam pelo correntista.
Serviço público é essencial.
Lamentável nos tratarem assim
I don't understand how this agency works.
I spent 2 hours trying to talk on the phone at this aricanduva agency and no one answers.
I believe the operator's service is uninhabited.
Or the managers don't really care about the account holder.
Public service is essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje o local (no meu horário de almoço) às 13h20 com intuito de somente atualizar dados cadastrais para PAGAR MINHA DIVIDA COM A CAIXA, entrei na fila que se estendia ao lado de fora da agencia, fui super mal atendida pela mocinha que auxilia nos caixas eletrônicos, assim como as demais pessoas que não conseguiram atendimento pois a mesma nos informou que "a partir daquele momento hoje não iria entrar mais ninguém na agencia". Ela estava sendo grossa e destratando todos. Questionei a ela até que horas a agência estava funcionando, ela me respondeu que funcionava até às 14h, perguntei quantas senhas por dia estavam entregando e ela me respondeu que não tinha quantidade certa e que o máximo de hoje já tinha sido entregue.
Obs: ainda não era 14h, a agencia estava vazia e pelo que pude perceber nos papeis da mão dela, haviam sido entregues 112 senhas!! Atendente arrogante, agencia não presta informações ao público e decide parar de trabalhar a hora que bem quer!!!!
Today I went to the place (at my lunch time) at 1:20 pm in order to only update registration data to PAY MY DIVIDE WITH THE BOX, I joined the queue that stretched outside the agency, I was super poorly attended by the young lady who helps us ATMs, as well as the other people who were unable to attend because it informed us that "from that moment today, no one else would enter the agency". She was being rude and abusing everyone. I asked her until what time the agency was working, she replied that it worked until 2pm, I asked how many passwords a day they were delivering and she replied that she didn't have the right quantity and that today's maximum had already been delivered.
Note: it was not yet 14h, the agency was empty and from what I could see in the papers of her hand, 112 passwords had been delivered !! Arrogant attendant, agency does not provide information to the public and decides to stop working whenever he wants !!!!
