Por dois dia seguidos 11/12/2017 e 12/12/2017 fui a agência em horários diversos e o sistema se encontrava fora dor ar. Fui informada de que o problema era local, só naquela agência.
Agency always crowded, slow attendants. The agency has 4 windows, but it operates most of the time with just two. For two consecutive days 11/12/2017 and 12/12/2017 I went to the agency at different times and the system was out of the air. I was informed that the problem was local, only at that agency.

Great service and variable customer flow. It is good to avoid the time around 4pm because there is a very high demand for service (growing queue).
