★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando contato pelo número telefônico informado, porém sequer fui atendido, tenho um financiamento imobiliário, no qual as parcelas são debitadas automaticamente e o vencimento da parcela é todo dia 25, caso não tenha feriados. fiz o depósito da prestação do mês 03/2022 no dia 19, contudo não foi debitado o valor na data certa e ainda está sendo acrescentado multa e juros.
I'm trying to contact the phone number provided, but I wasn't even answered, I have a mortgage, in which the installments are automatically debited and the installment is due every 25th, if there are no holidays. I made the deposit of the installment for the month 03/2022 on the 19th, however the amount was not debited on the right date and fines and interest are still being added.
