Imagine que fizeram uma fila para qualquer tipo de atendimento. Um absurdo.
Mais de 200 pessoas na fila.
Aí vem a pergunta e se o cartão ainda estiver disponível. Mais de 4 horas para nada.
Deveria existir outros meios.
Enquanto não levar a imprensa vai ficar nesse descaso.
I went this Monday 04/01/2021 just to get a card.
Imagine that you queued for any type of service. Absurd.
More than 200 people in line.
Here comes the question and if the card is still available. Over 4 hours for nothing.
There should be other means.
As long as you don't take the press, you will remain in this neglect.

Precisa melhorar muito para se tornar satisfatório para tdos.
