★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, estive na agência para sacar o dinheiro do FGTS referente a rescisão contratual sem justa causa , o atendente solicitou e reteve toda a documentação, alegou que ocorreria a análise da solicitação (14/04/2022) e no prazo de 5 dias úteis eu deveria ir a qualquer agência para realizar o saque 27/04/2022), fui até a agência no Parque Novo Mundo no município de São Paulo, onde depois de mais de 1 hora, fui atendido e instruído para retomar a agência de Jaguariúna pois, somente lá seria possível realizar o saque.
Estou indignado com a Caixa Econômica Federal por fazer um cidadão trabalhador que foi dispensado do trabalho, passar por todo esse constrangimento.
Terrible, I was at the agency to withdraw the FGTS money regarding the contractual termination without just cause, the attendant requested and withheld all the documentation, claimed that the request would be analyzed (04/14/2022) and within 5 working days I should go to any branch to make the withdrawal 04/27/2022), I went to the branch in Parque Novo Mundo in the city of São Paulo, where after more than 1 hour, I was attended to and instructed to return to the Jaguariúna branch because, only there could the withdrawal be made.
I am outraged at Caixa Econômica Federal for making a working citizen who was laid off from work go through all this embarrassment.
