One because there's no like 0, I have an account at this agency and I can't talk to my account manager ... I think it's absurd to have to say what I have to talk to my manager, first with an attendant, for her to say if I may or may not talk to him ... left something to be desired unfortunately there is only this agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dá uma estrela, pq não tem como da 0, péssimo atendimento, não tiram as dúvidas, telefone é só de enfeite, não atendem, não sei mais o q fazer, moro a uns 300 km em outra cidade, não dá pra tá indo todo dia na agencia.
I'll give it a star, because there's no way of 0, poor service, no questions asked, telephone is just for decoration, they don't answer, I don't know what else to do, I live about 300 km in another city, I can't go all the way day at the agency.
