★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta agência é muito lotada. Todas as vezes que precisei ser atendida, fiquei horas na fila. Tem fila para pegar senha... É mole?
As instalações são apertadas demais. Pouco espaço para o público que circula por ali e as máquinas do autoatendimento estão sempre paradas, ou por faltar dinheiro ou por estar sem serviço... não tem como dar mais estrelas, infelizmente.
 This agency is very crowded. Every time I needed to be attended, I stayed in line for hours. There is a queue to get a password ... Is it soft?
The facilities are too tight. Little space for the public that circulates there and the self-service machines are always stopped, either for lack of money or for being without service ... there is no way to give more stars, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Nunca imaginei que ainda existia uma agência podre igual essa. Cheguei as 12:00 e a atendente extremamente sem educação falou que não tinha mais "ficha", Para falar com um tal de Robério. Como assim? Em pleno século XXI isso ainda existe.
Sem falar da discussão entre a atendente e uma Senhora que foi pedir informação, cadê o controle emocional.
Essa agência precisa urgente de uma troca ou aumento de funcionários.
Terrible attendance. I never imagined that a rotten agency like this still existed. I arrived at 12:00 and the extremely uneducated attendant said that she had no "record", To talk to a Robério. As well? In the 21st century this still exists.
Not to mention the discussion between the attendant and a lady who went to ask for information, where is the emotional control.
This agency urgently needs a change or increase of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro: a fila, extensa, lenta e pouco organizada. Segundo: a falta de treinamento dos funcionários, alguns parecem que não sabem o que estão fazendo, outros fazem só pela metade (e você tem que voltar lá para terminar de resolver, mais uma dor de cabeça). Terceiro: a burocracia e a complicação para resolver até os mínimos problemas, o que não é "mérito" da agência, e sim do próprio banco (que, por sinal, deve ser privatizado em breve). Dei duas estrelas porque, em tese, a agência consegue resolver todas as demandas do usuário, com muita dor de cabeça, mas consegue.
First: the queue, long, slow and poorly organized. Second: the lack of training of employees, some seem to not know what they are doing, others do it only halfway (and you have to go back there to finish solving, another headache). Third: the bureaucracy and the complication to solve even the smallest problems, which is not the "merit" of the agency, but of the bank itself (which, by the way, should be privatized soon). I gave it two stars because, in theory, the agency manages to solve all the user's demands, with a lot of headache, but it succeeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase nunca está lotada. É uma agência tranquila de pouco tráfego de clientes. Possui cerca de 10 caixas eletrônicas. No interior da loja, após o hall ficam os guichês de atendimento ao público. No primeiro andar guichês para falar com gerências. Às vezes tem um cafezinho ?

nao resolveram meu problema.tirando que elees NUNCA , veja bem, NUNCAAAAA atendem o telefone. Esse banco é uma VERGONHAAA!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem pra mudar o número de telefone pra poder liberar o acesso no caixa tem. Até consegui entra mas quando fui movimentar o dinheiro bloquearam dinovo sendo que não recebe esse auxílio de 2021 por conta disso ... Uma vergonha essa agência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para uma cidade do tamanho de serra que tem aproximadamente 87,5 mil habitantes já deveria ter mas de uma agência, é muito dificultoso o atendimento lá e várias irregularidades deveriam ver melhor essa situação pra atender melhor o pessoal que também vem da zona rural e outros municípios vizinhos.
For a city the size of a mountain that has approximately 87,500 inhabitants, it should already have more than one branch, it is very difficult to service there and several irregularities should see this situation better to better serve the staff who also come from the countryside and others neighboring municipalities.
