Péssimo atendimento, funcionárias despreparadas, agência lotada, não procuram viabilizar o atendimento.
Horrible, unfortunately I have an account at this branch and due to a bounced check, I was forced to stay more than 4 hours at the branch to collect the check.
Terrible service, unprepared employees, crowded agency, do not seek to make the service viable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao banco dia 24/04 e logo antes de entrar, fui atendido na fila por uma funcionária, que foi muito grossa e sem educação. Acho que se você trabalha numa area que lida com pessoas, ao menos trate-as educadamente, sem grosseria.
Além do mais, chegando la dentro, a falta de planejamento me deixou impressionado. Um único funcionário para atender o povo, e além disso, em dado momento o funcionário se retirou, e o atendimento parou, por quase uma hora.
Entendo que com a pandemia está tudo mais difícil, mas esperava um pouco mais de planejamento por parte de um banco. Pois nesse momento de economia frágil, um atendimento eficaz é muito necessário.
I went to the bank on 04/24 and just before entering, I was served in line by an employee, who was very thick and uneducated. I think if you work in an area that deals with people, at least treat them politely, without rudeness.
Besides, when I got inside, the lack of planning left me impressed. A single employee to serve the people, and furthermore, at one point the employee withdrew, and the service stopped, for almost an hour.
I understand that with the pandemic everything is more difficult, but I expected a little more planning from a bank. Because in this moment of fragile economy, an effective service is very necessary.

Caixa's branches are the biggest shame in this country, they are closing at 13 hrs, without prior notice and leaving everyone unattended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar 1 estrela apenas por não poder negativar. Atendente grossa, mal educada, atendimento horrível. A pior agência da caixa que eu já fui! É fácil quando tem a estabilidade e não pode ser mandada embora tratar os outros mal. Em uma empresa sem tal mordomia a atendente não passaria nem na seletiva, pela sua falta de educação e despreparo.
I'll give it 1 star just because I can't deny it. Rude, rude, horrible service. The worst cashier I've ever been to! It's easy when you have the stability and can't be told to treat others badly. In a company without such stewardship, the attendant would not even pass the selective, due to her lack of education and unpreparedness.
