Contribuem para esta situação as restrições impostas pela COVID-19 e o grande número de pessoas resolvendo problemas com o Auxílio Emergencial. Estive lá neste semana pra resolver um problema simples e tive que aguardar por 3 horas do lado de fora da agência.
The service at this agency is chaotic. It is the only Caixa branch in a city with more than 28 thousand inhabitants. The restrictions imposed by COVID-19 and the large number of people solving problems with Emergency Aid contribute to this situation. I was there this week to solve a simple problem and I had to wait for 3 hours outside the agency.
