★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tá mostrando um horário no site, chagando lá atendente falou que o atendimento e só até às 11h !!! Gastei duas horas de ônibus para chegar achando que o horário informado no site estava certo, e chagando lá bato com a cara na "porta".
 It's showing a time on the website, getting there, the attendant said that the service is only until 11am !!! I spent two hours by bus to get there thinking that the time informed on the website was right, and arriving there I hit my face at the "door".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não dava nenhuma estrela! Fui muito mal atendida por uma moça que pelo visto não gosta de trabalhar com o público. Espero nunca depender desse banco pra não ter que ser atendida por pessoas despreparadas.
If I could I wouldn't give any stars! I was very poorly attended by a girl who apparently doesn't like working with the public. I hope I never depend on this bank to avoid having to be attended by unprepared people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde das 8:00h, tentando sacar o FGTS. Retornei as 13:00h com o documento correto, a atendente foi almoçar as 13:00h, e a atendente ao lado, disse que eu deveria aguardar o retorno da Laura, quem fez o 2o atendimento, até ela retornar do almoço.
Fui informado que somente a Laura, faz a liberação do FGTS e que só a maquina dela, faz este procedimento...
I've been since 8:00 am, trying to get the FGTS. I returned at 13:00h with the correct document, the attendant went to lunch at 13:00h, and the attendant next door said that I should wait for Laura, who made the 2nd service, to return, until she returned from lunch.
I was informed that only Laura releases the FGTS and that only her machine performs this procedure...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei por 7 horas para ser atendido na agência esperando no lado de fora embaixo de um sol forte tudo isso para resolver um golpe realizado no aplicativo caixa tem, descaso total e ainda tinha muito idoso nessa mesma situação.
I waited for 7 hours to be seen at the agency, waiting outside under a strong sun, all of this to resolve a scam carried out on the cashier app, with total neglect and I was still very old in that same situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 horas na fila para entrar na agência e mais 40 MN dentro da agência para ser atendido. Sou de São José dos Campos lá não tem isto! Minha experiência aqui no litoral foi péssima. Espero nunca mais ter que usar está agência de novo. E surreal ver as pessoas chegarem 5 horas da manhã pra conseguir lugar na fila tudo pra pegar senha!! Uma sequência de erros tanto da administração quando dos funcionários!! Isto é todos os dias da semana!! Tenho pena do povo da qui.. sentados em chãos espalhados na causada. Mas o clima mudou ao chegar nas 15:00 horas aí começou a andar a fila, acredito que os funcionários estação querendo ir embora!! Realmente péssima minha experiência!!

6 hours in line to enter the agency and another 40 MN inside the agency to be served. I'm from São José dos Campos there's no such thing! My experience here on the coast was terrible. I hope I never have to use this agency again. It's surreal to see people arrive at 5 o'clock in the morning to get a place in line, everything to get a password!! A sequence of mistakes by both the administration and the employees!! This is every day of the week!! I feel sorry for the people here.. sitting on scattered floors in the cause. But the weather changed when we arrived at 3:00 pm, then the queue started to walk, I believe that the station employees wanted to leave!! Really bad experience!!
