★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geralmente sempre muito cheia. O banco não tem um Wifi para clientes, seu celular simplesmente não funciona com os dados para que vc cadastre seu aparelho. É uma luta vc conseguir, já que tem que ficar indo pra fora pra poder acessar o app do banco. Acaba ficando vulnerável fazendo esses procedimentos.
Usually always very crowded. The bank does not have a Wifi for customers, your cell phone simply does not work with the data for you to register your device. It's a struggle to get it, since you have to go outside to access the bank app. You end up being vulnerable doing these procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento dos caixas é ótimo. A maioria dos funcionários presta um bom atendimento. Às vezes, é muito difícil ser atendido por telefone. As filas são grandes e a situação ficou mais difícil depois que a pandemia começou.
The service provided by the cashiers is great. Most employees provide good service. Sometimes it is very difficult to be answered by phone. Queues are long and the situation became more difficult after the pandemic started.
