Os demais tratam seus clientes com arrogância e prepotência, não sabem dar uma informação sem que não seja com o tom grosseiro. Fora o tempo que vc fica esperando pra um atendimento. Palavras simples como um bom dia, boa tarde não existem no vocabulário deles. #atendimentopéssimo
Bad service, super arrogant staff, except for the guards only. The others treat their clients with arrogance and arrogance, they do not know how to give information without being rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sequer consegui entrar. Não há atendimentos para correntista. Só atendem auxílio emergencial. Até transferi a conta para o Bradesco. Deixei o limite de 200,00 na conta da Caixa. Agora além de terem consumido todo esse limite apresentam um débito de quase 200,00. Não fechei a conta lá porque não me atenderam.
I couldn't even get in. There are no calls for account holders. They only provide emergency assistance. I even transferred the account to Bradesco. I left the limit of 200.00 in the Caixa account. Now, in addition to having consumed this entire limit, they have a debt of almost 200.00. I didn't close the account there because they didn't see me.
