★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um empréstimo à pagar que venceu 10/10/15 >sábado, tenho direito de pagar no próximo dia útil sem juros,todo mês pago por boleto,mas esse mês não enviaram.Estou tentando ligar desde quinta-feira passada (estou doente) e nada.Atendem e desligam o tel,e fico gastando ligações a toa!!!
Isso é porque sou cliente a muuuito tempo.Hoje dia 30/01/2016 não consigo acessar o internet banking,faço tudo certinho mais não adianta ! Simplismente a CAIXA corta o acesso do cliente sem nenhum aviso prévio ,e vc que precisa acessar sua conta pela internet fica na mão.
 I have a loan to be repaid which matured 10/10/15> Saturday, I am entitled to pay the next business day without interest, every month paid by boleto, but this month they have not sent.I'm trying to call since last Thursday (I'm sick) and nothing. They turn on and off the tel, and I'm spending calls for nothing !!!
This is because I am a customer for so long. Today on 30/01/2016 I can not access the internet banking, I do everything right but no use! Simply, CAIXA cuts off customer access without any prior notice, and you need to access your account over the internet is at hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é muito lento, formam se filas muito longas que chega dar a volta no quarteirão, a agência é um prédio antigo reformado. E bem localizado no centro da cidade, próximo a diversas lojas e restaurantes.
Service is very slow, long lines are formed that go around the block, the agency is a renovated old building. And well located in the city center, close to several shops and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior banco que já vi em toda minha vida, atendimento péssimo, fazem tudo pra dificultar, detalhe eles acham que estão fazendo favor, infelizmente agem assim porque são concursados.
Worst bank I have ever seen in my life, terrible service, they do everything to make it difficult, detail they think they are doing favor, unfortunately they do this because they are tendered.

Just kidding, today I needed them to send some dok to the city of araruama because my card is expired and I can't access my account to get my salary bonus and they didn't even answer me

É um descaso que é encontrado em poucos estabelecimentos mas aparenta ser muito comum nas agências da caixa.
Sucateamento muito forte, daqui a pouco vão dizer que precisa privatizar pra melhorar o serviço, argumento pífio.
