Levei meu avô de 96 anos(debilitado) para fazer a prova de vida e foi o maior descaso,não desgrudam o traseiro da cadeira para prestar atendimento lá fora no carro ,como fazem nos outros bancos. Gerente muito mal educado.??
Não podem sequer atravessar a rua,tive que parar o carro na contramão para meu avô ser atendido com muito custo.
A lot of lack of respect for the elderly.
I took my 96-year-old grandfather (debilitated) to take the test of life and it was the biggest negligence, they don't unglue the back of the chair to provide care outside in the car, as they do in other seats. Manager very rude.??
They can't even cross the street, I had to stop the car going against the traffic so my grandfather could be attended to at great cost.
