★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas vontade da atendente do caixa! Uma burocracia do caramba pra fazer um simples depósito! Ela diz que ali não pode fazer determinados valores sem antes passar pelo gerente! Não entendi nada pra que isso meu Deus! Ela me informou que ali é uma agência de apoio. Péssimo o atendimento!
But the cashier's will! A hell of a bureaucracy to make a simple deposit! She says that she cannot make certain amounts there without first going through the manager! I didn't understand anything for what my God! She informed me that there is a support agency. Lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários despreparados, maltratam as pessoas atendendo com desprezo e informações descabidas. Após duas horas na fila debaixo de um sol escaldante do lado de fora da agência, recebi da funcionária uma senha que não atendia o serviço que eu precisava. Depois de mais uma hora dentro da agência vi que estava com a senha errada, fornecida pela atendente. Um verdadeiro abusurdo, um deserviço!
Unprepared employees mistreat people by treating them with contempt and unreasonable information. After two hours in line under a scorching sun outside the agency, I received a password from the employee who did not meet the service I needed. After another hour inside the agency I saw that I had the wrong password, provided by the attendant. A real abuse, a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Fila na rua em pé no calor. 2 h só pra conseguir entrar na agência pra ainda esperar mais lá dentro. Tudo burocrático e demorado. Após não funcionam e te obrigam a vir nesse lugar. Vir aqui é ultrajante, humilhante. Odeio a Caixa com todas as forças. Um absurdo!
Terrible. Queue on the street standing in the heat. 2 hours just to get into the agency to still wait more inside. Everything bureaucratic and time consuming. After they don't work and they force you to come to that place. Coming here is outrageous, humiliating. I hate Caixa with all my might. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os Caixas eletrônico nunca estão 100%, então tende a gerar filas, alguém para auxiliar e sanar dúvidas nos caixas eletrônicos eu nunca vi, e geralmente vou no horário de funcionamento da agenda, não possui estacionamento, possui acesso para cadeirantes porém fica complicado pq sempre tem pessoas que não se importam e estacionam motos e bicicleta praticamente na porta da agência, a calçada do local precisa ser reparada e acredito ser responsabilidsde da agência, acessibilidade apenas dentro da agência não resolve, o entorno tem q integrar também.
The ATMs are never 100%, so it tends to generate queues, someone to help and answer questions at the ATMs I've never seen, and I usually go during opening hours, there is no parking, it has wheelchair access, but it's always complicated. there are people who don't care and park motorcycles and bicycles practically at the agency's door, the sidewalk needs to be repaired and I believe it is the agency's responsibility, accessibility only within the agency does not solve it, the surroundings also have to be integrated.
