★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, gerentes que trabalham com mal vontade, você é mal atendido da entrada a saída da unidade. E se tentar ser atendido por telefone é pior que ninguém atende.
 Poor service, managers who work with ill will, you are poorly attended from the entrance to the exit of the unit. And if you try to be answered over the phone, it's worse than anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É demorado o atendimento. Os funcionários que atendem na frente, sofrem bastante com a demanda, mas, atendem bem. O problema da demora é o atendimento interno.
Seria bom a Caixa repensar sua logística de atendimento ao público e, acima de tudo, tentar melhorar a empatia dos funcionários, se é que isso é possível, já que a maioria deles acredita que é melhor do que nós, meros mortais.
Service is time consuming. The employees who serve at the front, suffer a lot from the demand, but they serve well. The problem with delay is internal service.
It would be good for Caixa to rethink its public service logistics and, above all, try to improve the empathy of employees, if that is possible, since most of them believe that they are better than us, mere mortals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não muito boa, fora 4 horas de fila, alguns funcionários silicitos, outros se acham melhor q os outros , muito pouco funcionário, e quando um atende outro sai, no caixa, muito desorganizado, sem falar que pra pegar um cartão vc tem q enfrentar a msm fila q as pessoas q vai resolver coisas mais demorada, e tendo a possibilidade do cartão nem está lá.
Muita desorganização.
Not very good, apart from 4 hours of queue, some employees silicic, others think they are better than the others, very few employees, and when one answers another one leaves, at the cashier, very disorganized, not to mention that to get a card you have to face the same queue that the people who will solve things takes longer, and having the possibility of the card is not even there.
Too much disorganization.

Mais de horas pra ser atendido! 1 pessoas no atendimento que era pra ser expresso kkk fiquei das 10hs a 12hs pra pegar um miserável cartão da poupança... uma vergonha, atendimento tartaruga ? os funcionários não tem culpa pois estão trabalhando por 2 ou mais,falta de respeito com todos dona caixa econômica!

More than hours to be served! 1 people in the service that was supposed to be expressed lol I stayed from 10 am to 12 pm to get a miserable savings card... a shame, slow service ? the employees are not to blame because they are working for 2 or more, lack of respect for everyone, lady savings bank!
