App sem funcionalidade e extremamente burocrático. Deixando de ser cliente desta agência e de qualquer outra que leve o nome Caixa Econômica Federal.
Poor quality service, not to mention the archaic processes that make service even worse. Scrapped ATMs, dirty and disorganized environment. App without functionality and extremely bureaucratic. Ceasing to be a client of this agency and any other that bears the name Caixa Econômica Federal.

Cheguei às 9,30 e quando ja estava para ser atendido já às 13,30 da tarde a funcionário se retirou e ja tinha 30 minutos que não voltava e tive que ir embora sem atendimento. Vou retirar minha conta dessa agencia. Péssimo atendimento.
I was poorly attended .. I am elderly, I was not given the right of priority, terrible service. Se pegar um atendente boladão ele faz de tudo pra te atrasar.. e ainda por cima se comporta como o dono da agência... A sorte é que tem a ouvidoria pra você reclamar..
