★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unica vez que compareci na agencia foi apenas para alteração do email cadastrado no site da caixa, recebi essa instrução por telefone. Quando finalmente sou atendida depois de 1 hora esperando tiraram uma copia do RG e disseram que no mesmo dia as 18:00 a atualização estaria feita. Pergunta: resolveu o problema? Não, gastei passagem, tempo e sanidade mental pra nada...um serviço que deveria ser tao simples, uma vergonha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive alguns problemas após a abertura da minha conta, por exemplo, o cadastro da assinatura eletrônica, para realizar transações, além do cadastramento de meus dispositivos. O atendente me auxiliou até que meu problema fosse resolvido.
Na gerencia, pelo menos para mim, atendeu as minhas expectativas. Mesmo com a grande quantidade de pessoas, é a melhor agencia para se resolver problemas na Caixa Econômica que conheço.
A agencia se localiza no andar inferior do Shopping Praça da Moça, no piso Ipê.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na agência 3x para abrir uma conta poupança, os atendentes me perguntam o serviço e pedem meu documento para gerar uma senha, após 1hr esperando para ser atendido, descubro que estou com problemas no CPF.
Alguns dias depois de resolver meu problema com o CPF, retorno na Caixa. O mesmo procedimento anterior, consulta suas informações, você pega a fila, e no momento de ser atendido informarem que a Caixa ainda não recebeu as atualizações do meu CPF. Como esses dois primeiros atendimentos foram com a mesma pessoa, ela me passou o telefone da agência e o ramal para eu consultar por telefone e não dar viagem perdida.
O telefone 4053-5100 de nada adianta, liguei várias vezes, ninguém atende.
Esperei passar 10 dias, retornei ao local. Dessa vez o tempo de espera para ser atendido foi rápido e não havia mais problemas com o meu CPF, porém fui informado que não seria possível abrir a conta porque as informações não estavam sendo "salvas".
Enfim, a nota de 1 estrela é pelo pouco interesse de resolverem meu problema, principalmente na última vez, onde eu cheguei às 15h50 na agência em plena sexta-feira, e parecia que eu estava estragando o "sextou".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que tenho que resolver algum problema que posso ir em qualquer Caixa vou nessa. É mais tranquilo por ser dentro do shopping, não fico na rua, não tem sol, tem ar condicionado e o atendimento não é tão ruim se comparado a outras agências. Acho que vale a pena.
Whenever I have to solve a problem that I can go to any box, I go there. It's quieter because it's inside the mall, I don't stay on the street, there's no sun, it has air conditioning and the service is not so bad compared to other agencies. I think it's worth it.
