★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pouco mais de 3 meses de relacionamento com essa agência nunca tive uma boa experiência para qualquer procedimento que já solicitei. Atendimento péssimo, colaboradores do setor interno totalmente rudes e despreparados. Não sabem informar nada e não escutam, querem apenas ganhar o cliente no grito. Atualmente só possuo conta nesse local porque foi criada pela minha empresa de forma obrigatória. Um local de total descaso e desrespeito com seus clientes!
 In just over three months of relationship with this agency I never had a good experience for any procedure that has requested. Lousy service, domestic sector developers totally rude and unprepared. They do not know anything inform and do not listen, they just want to win the customer in the cry. Currently only I own account on that site because it was created by my mandatory form of company. A total of local neglect and disregard for your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência Caixa 0068 em Feira de Santana, uma das agências desorganizada. Cheguei na fila externa as 11:40 e só conseguir pegar a senha as 14:41 e até o momento não fui atendida. Essa espera toda somente para retirada de um cartão. Acredito que o banco poderia rever o sistema de atendimento do cliente e os serviços. É cansativo para o cliente e funcionários.
