★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora bastante a fila é dividida em dois grupos;prioridades e pessoas normais demorou cerca de 1h30m para podemos ser atendidos tinha mais ou menos dez pessoas a Nossa frente.
The service takes a long time, the queue is divided into two groups; priorities and normal people took about 1h30m so we can be attended to, there were about ten people in front of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois da pandemia ela ficou mais burocrática, um banco com bom atendimento ficou agora com filas enormes e mais burocrasias , uma dica não só na Caixa econômica mais todos os bancos era pra começar o atendimento ás 7 horas da manhã e não as 9:30 para ás 10 horas da manhã , por isso existem filas enormes, e muito tempo perdido esperando atendimento!
After the pandemic, it became more bureaucratic, a bank with good service now has huge lines and more bureaucracies, a tip not only in the savings bank but all banks was to start the service at 7 am and not at 9:30 to at 10 am, so there are huge lines, and a lot of wasted time waiting for service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não resolvem nada , não só eu mas muitos colegas tiveram de voltar com problemas com cartão, e sempre dizem que problemas diferentes , resumindo não resolvem como tem de ser resolvido , sempre temos que voltar !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excele atendimento, porém o funcionamento não me agrada. Porque começa a funcionar das 9: 00 hras as 3: 00hs da tarde, e fica com muita aglomeração de pessoas nas filas e nesta pandemia mãos é muito bom.
Excellent service, but I don't like how it works. Because it starts working from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, and it gets a lot of people in lines and in this pandemic hands it's very good.

Terrible phone service, the girl passes the extensions and one takes the phone off the hook and the other answers and leaves you on the line without saying anything.... If they don't want to answer the customers they should leave the company
