E a partir da pandemia, fizeram uam enorme confusão com alterações em números das contas... e as pessoas que se dispuseram a resolver, perderam dia de trabalho na fila. Eu não pude me dar esse luxo ainda, e ainda estou desassistida, insatisfeita, sem entender nada disso.
My first bank account is with this agency. I still use it today. Currently, it is my only active account in a physical bank: all the others are in digital banks. And from the pandemic, they made a huge confusion with changes in account numbers ... and the people who were willing to solve it, lost a day's work in line.
