★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito ruim. Tive o problema com uma entrega foi realizado uma ligação para o local onde atendeu um rapaz muito ignorante que se dizia dono da empresa. Foi arrogante, gritou, não quis resolver o problema e nem entender. Se achou o dono do mundo. Não recomendo para ninguem. Só foi raiva. Tentamos outros contatos para resolver mas a empresa não quis resolver nem no dia e nem no outro.
Very bad experience. I had the problem with a delivery, a call was made to the place where a very ignorant boy who claimed to be the owner of the company attended. He was arrogant, he shouted, he didn't want to solve the problem or understand. He found himself the owner of the world. I don't recommend it to anyone. It was just anger. We tried other contacts to resolve but the company did not want to resolve either on the day or the next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior torta de frango que já comi na minha vida. Terrível. Engraçado que os proprietários informam que já estão no mercado a 22 anos e que a receita é a mesma e várias pessoas reclamando. Troquem de cozinheira ou de proprietários e ngm está aqui pra denegrir a imagem de ngm, infelizmente os produtos são péssimos, se quer elegidos, melhorem!!!
The worst chicken pie I've ever eaten in my life. Terrible. Funny that the owners report that they have been in the market for 22 years and that the recipe is the same and several people complain. Change the cook or the owners and ngm is here to denigrate ngm's image, unfortunately the products are terrible, if you want to be elected, get better !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! O salgado estava horrível! A senhora que atende na unidade da serraria é grossa e parece que tá morta, não dá um sorriso e falo isso porque não estava de máscara! Deus me livre! Por isso vive vazia, quando a pessoa liga ela fala “alô” ao invés de identificar que é da El Shadday. A unidade da parte baixa é bem melhor!! Vocês tem a mania de mentir nas respostas aos comentários, não fui bem tratada! Repito, não fui bem tratada e a comida não é boa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedir um bolo e dois salgados o bolo veio bastante bagunçado e o sabor horrível o pão de queijo veio com gosto de queimado , o pão de hambúrguer veio azedo liguei pra reclamar pediram para mim falar pelo whatsapp falei a moça simplesmente me enviou a localização pra se caso eu passasse por lá pegasse outro .
Asking for a cake and two snacks the cake was quite messy and the horrible taste the cheese bread came with a burnt taste, the hamburger bun came sour I called to complain they asked me to speak on whatsapp I said the lady simply sent me the location to be if I passed by there, I would get another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível. chantily com gosto de margarina, bolo fora do lugar e destruido. torta ruim, seca e sem gosto. as empadinhas estavam salgadas e duras. é um absurdo, espero que mudem isso.
horrible. whipped cream with a taste of margarine, cake out of place and destroyed. bad pie, dry and tasteless. the patties were salty and hard. it's absurd, I hope they change that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi terrível, fiz um pedido de duas fatias de tortas e quando o pedido chegou uma das fatias estava minúscula, como se estivesse faltando um pedaço ou fosse o resto do bolo. Imediatamente entrei em contato com o estabelecimento, falei com uma atendente e mandei uma foto das fatias e ela simplesmente explicou que o motoboy era da casa e de confiança. Não resolveu meu problema e ainda deu a entender que eu estava mentindo. Só estou dando uma estrela porque não tem como dar menos que isso.
My experience was terrible, I ordered two slices of pies and when the order arrived one of the slices was tiny, as if a piece was missing or it was the rest of the cake. I immediately got in touch with the establishment, spoke to an attendant and sent a photo of the slices and she simply explained that the motoboy was from the house and reliable. It didn't solve my problem and even hinted that I was lying. I'm only giving one star because I can't give less than that.
