Infelizmente tenho que sair pra comprar peças em outro lugar pois essa loja nunca tem nada. Não sei como está aberta ainda... Já as outras duas do Ipiranga são completamente o oposto dessa
This is definitely the worst store I ever went to, badly educated employees, and always lacking products, basic accessories like a rope you don't have to buy. Unfortunately I have to go out to buy parts elsewhere because this store never has anything. I don't know how it is open yet ... The other two from Ipiranga are quite the opposite of this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço excelente, comprei minha moto agora e portando não entendo muito, a todo momento eu perguntava se tal peça precisaria ser trocada ou algo mais e eles sempre transparentes respondendo que a peça ainda estava boa e tal... Esse tipo de coisa está em falta hoje em dia.
Excellent service, I bought my bike now and therefore I don't understand much, every time I asked if such a part would need to be changed or something else and they were always transparent saying that the part was still good and such ... This kind of thing is missing nowadays.
