★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissionalismo, marquei meu penteado e make em Maio desde ano para 19/12 domingo as 06 da manhã porque seria madrinha de casamento , chegando no dia fui ao salão no horário marcado e não apareceu ninguém liguei no telefone fixo e nada , liguei no WhatsApp e nada ! ligação nada também !! E ninguém entrou em contato comigo para no mínimo me da uma satisfação!! Pessimo profissionalismo, a pior experiência que já tive !! Não recomendo esse lugar tóxico para ninguém !! Irei expor nas redes sociais também para que todos possam saber !!
( tive sorte que consegui em cima da hora duas profissionais impecável que pode me atender de última hora ) mas esse lugar não recomendo a ninguém !!!!

Terrible professionalism, I booked my hairstyle and make up in May since 12/19 for Sunday at 06 am because I would be a bridesmaid, arriving on the day I went to the salon at the scheduled time and no one appeared, I called the landline and nothing, I called WhatsApp it's nothing ! connection nothing too !! And nobody contacted me to at least give me a satisfaction!! Terrible professionalism, the worst experience I've ever had !! I don't recommend this toxic place to anyone!! I will exhibit on social media too so that everyone can know !!
(I was lucky that I got two impeccable professionals at the last minute who can attend to me at the last minute) but I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!!
I await contact from the Management !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de profissionalismo, contratei os serviços para meu casamento, práticamente todas as madrinhas, mãe da noiva, do noivo e a noiva, todas muito mal atendidas, serviço mal feito, descaso, falta de atenção, pegam muito mais serviço do que conseguem atender, funcionários perdidos despreparados e sem o mínimo de empatia com o cliente.
Quando contratamos um salão para um casamento esperamos algo especial, um tratamento especial ( ainda mais pelo valor que é cobrado pelos serviços do mesmo ) não indico a não ser que queiram se decepcionar.
Total lack of professionalism, I hired the services for my wedding, practically all the bridesmaids, mother of the bride, the groom and the bride, all very poorly attended, poor service, neglect, lack of attention, they take much more service than they can handle , lost employees unprepared and without the slightest empathy with the customer.
When we hire a salon for a wedding we expect something special, a special treatment (even more for the amount charged for its services) I don't recommend it unless you want to be disappointed.
