★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O profissional da empresa calhas Carvalho, veio na residência para fazer um orçamento de uma colocação de calha a qual já havia sido feito por outro profissional que não trabalha mais no ramo, ou seja poderia retirar e fazer novas calhas, porém não deu retorno e quando liguei para perguntar sobre o orçamento ele comunicou que achou difícil e complicado colocar uma calha numa extensão de 6 mts e contornar a calha para uma área pequena de 3 mts o que mais me chateou foi ele falar que não dava para ele e que era complicado, não entendo porque que ele não falou no ato quando esteve em casa para fazer o orçamento? imaginei que talvez ele não achasse viável por não ser um serviço grande que fosse dar muito lucro, mas não ter condições de fazer o serviço, e dizer que não dá para ele me deixou transtornada, pois ele poderia ter dito isso no momento em que estava na residência seria mais profissional para ele .

I don't understand why he didn't speak right away when he was at home to make the budget? I imagined that maybe he didn't think it was viable because it wasn't a big service that would make a lot of profit, but he wasn't able to do the service, and saying that it's not possible for him made me upset, because he could have said that at the moment he was in residence would be more professional for him.
