Contratei para colocar rufos em meu telhado para NÃO ENTRAR AGUA DENTRO DE CASA, e nao colocaram em 2 partes do telhado. Só fui saber quando choveu e molhou toda a minha laje. Questionamos a empresa e eles disseram que lá tinha que por a pingadeira ( ou seja, quiseram justificar algo que nada tem haver para que eu fizesse as pingadeiras da casa com eles) e disseram que meu pedreiro tinha que fazer o reboco das platibandas. Acontece, que teve partes que ainda nao tinha reboco e eles colocaram o rufo, entao nada disso justifica deixarem de por o rufo em 2 partes. E mesmo pq o rufo tem uma função, e a pingadeira outra, então uma coisa nao tem nada haver com a outra. Os rufos deveriam estar em TODAS as paredes do telhado. Ficaram só arrumando desculpa e nao foram colocar o rufo onde não colocaram e eu PAGUEI, pq paguei para colocarem rufos para nao entrar agua dentro de casa, ou seja, paguei para colocar rufo em toda a casa para nao entrar agua, e se duas partes fica sem, obvio que vai entrar água.
Enganam seus clientes!!!! Meu pedreiro que teve que dar um jeito para nao ficar entrando agua ali, e tive que gastar mais dinheiro pra isso por causa deles!! Por algo que foi pago para eles, e eles não colocaram!!! Fugem de empresas de combinam algo no orçamento e na prática fazem outra coisa!

I hired them to put flashings on my roof to NOT GET WATER INSIDE THE HOUSE, and they didn't put it on 2 parts of the roof. I only found out when it rained and wet my entire slab. We questioned the company and they said that they had to put the drip pan there (that is, they wanted to justify something that has nothing to do with me making the drip pans for the house with them) and said that my mason had to plaster the platbands. Turns out, there were parts that still didn't have plaster and they put the ruff, so none of that justifies not putting the ruff in 2 parts. And even because the ruff has one function, and the drip tray another, so one thing has nothing to do with the other. The flashings should be on ALL the walls of the roof. They just made excuses and didn't go to put the flashing where they didn't put it and I PAID, because I paid to put flashings so that water doesn't get inside the house, that is, I paid to put flashing all over the house so that water doesn't get in, and if two parts is without, obviously water will enter.
Fool your customers!!!! My bricklayer who had to find a way to keep water from getting in there, and I had to spend more money for it because of them!! For something that was paid to them, and they didn't put it on!!! They run away from companies that combine something in the budget and in practice do something else!
