Mas posso afirmar que o serviço ficou muito bom super indico, atendimento muito bom tanto na venda quanto pós venda.
Agradeço a equipe muito educado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O material é de qualidade, porém o atendimento é ruim, iniciaram o serviço em minha residência, porém precisaram voltar para terminar e foi um parto, meu esposo enviava mensagem para marcar uma data de retorno e se quiser se davam ao trabalho de responder. Lamentável. Não se preocupam com o relacionamento com o cliente e sujaram de tinta partes da minha casa.
The material is of quality, but the service is bad, they started the service in my residence, however they had to go back to finish and it was a birth, my husband sent a message to mark a return date and if you would take the trouble to respond. Unfortunate. They do not care about the customer relationship and they have inked parts of my house.

Porém os rapazes da montagem prestaram um bom serviço.
When they came to make a budget, they gave an assembly deadline that they did not meet and when sending messages they took a long time to answer.
But the guys at the assembly did a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraram na entrega do Material (30 dias), não avisaram com antecedência, não fizeram o acompanhamento necessário (encarregado) na instalação, e tivemos que acompanhar os instaladores no telhado quando pudemos.
Relacionado ao acabamento, também não tive uma boa experiência, os instaladores pareciam não ter grande experiência.
Com relação ao atendimento, precisam melhorar bastante para ser ruim. Não recomendo. Sugiro que revisem sua forma de atendimento, prazos, cronograma e treinamento da equipe.
They took time to deliver the material (30 days), did not advise in advance, did not do the necessary follow-up (in charge) in the installation, and we had to follow the installers on the roof when we could.
Regarding the finishing, I didn't have a good experience either, the installers didn't seem to have much experience.
Regarding care, they need to improve a lot to be bad. I do not recommend. I suggest you review your team's service, deadlines, schedule, and training.

The gutters were installed and everything went well, it took a while because of the bad weather but in the end everything worked out. I recommend the company for sure, because for me everything was perfect. Thank you Felipe.
