Ele acha que o cliente tem que entender e ser mais especialista em calhas do que a própria loja.
Primeiro ele diz que não manda um orçamentista para o local,que o cliente deve subir no telhado,remover as telhas,fazer o desenho da calha ideal e passar o tamanho do corte.
Só negocia assim,se o tamanho estiver errado ou a calha não for a ideal para o tipo de telhado,fala na cara dura que o problema é do cliente e que não devolvem valor algum.
Claro,pra tomar dinheiro de leigos sem fazer esforço de ir até o local,evidente.
Você cliente,como eu,cuidado ao negociar com essa empresa,ou vira Phd em calhas ou vai tomar um golpe.
Procure outra,não corra riscos.
Lamentável.
People, be very careful with these Inajar gutters, starting with a figure called Allan by the budgetist.
He thinks the customer has to understand and be more expert on gutters than the store itself.
First he says that he does not send a budgetist to the place, that the client must climb on the roof, remove the tiles, make the design of the ideal gutter and pass the size of the cut.
It only negotiates like this, if the size is wrong or the gutter is not ideal for the type of roof, says in the tough face that the problem is the customer's and that they do not return any value.

You customer, like me, be careful when negotiating with this company, or become a Phd in gutters or will take a hit.
Look for another one, don't take risks.
Unfortunate.
