Desmarquei compromissos na parte da manhã para aguardar a chegada do "profissional", para fazer o orçamento. Ele nao veio e após as 12:00 liguei na empresa, fui informado que iriam ligar pra ele pra ver se iria a tarde e me dariam uma resposta, duas horas depois liguei novamente, pois não recebi retorno da empresa, fui atendido por outro funcionário, que me disse que iria verificar o que houve e retornaria em dois minutos. A empresa encerrou o expediente e o funcionário não me deu a resposta.
Cuidado senhores clientes! !!!!
Qualquer avaliação acima de duas estrelas é de familiar ou amigo dos donos da empresa, pois o atendimento e o trato com os clientes é péssimo.

I unplanned appointments in the morning to wait for the arrival of the "professional" to make the budget. He did not come and after 12:00 I called the company, I was informed that they would call him to see if it would be afternoon and they would give me an answer, two hours later I called again because I did not receive a return from the company, I was attended by another employee , who told me he would check what happened and would return in two minutes. The company closed the file and the employee did not give me the answer.
Beware of customers! !
Any rating above two stars is family or friend of the owners of the company, because the service and the deal with the clients is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível , faz um serviço bom , porém deixa muitas falhas , estou 2 meses entrando em contato para que eles façam a reparação , pois está vazando água , sempre falam que vão arrumar e nada , já conversei direto com o dono , mais ele e de meia palavra ! Não resolve o problema , fiz por indicação de outras pessoas mais não indico para ninguém , péssimo negócio!!!!
Horrible, does a good service, but leaves a lot of flaws, I'm in 2 months contacting them to make the repair, because water is leaking, they always say they'll fix it and nothing, I've talked directly with the owner, plus him and a half word! It does not solve the problem, I did it by referral from other people but I do not recommend it to anyone, bad deal !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente existe empresa como essa envergonhado o nome de outras, equipe mentirosa,sem compromisso sem palavra não cumpre com o combinado nem pra fazer o orçamento muito menos na execução do serviço,eles pensa que todo mundo tem tempo livre pras mentiras e falta de responsabilidade deles horrorizada.....e obrigada aqui pela dica de onde ir .
Unfortunately there is a company like that embarrassed the name of others, a lying team, without a wordless commitment, does not comply with the agreed nor to make the budget much less in the execution of the service, they think that everyone has free time for the lies and their lack of responsibility horrified ..... and thanks here for the tip of where to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não termina o serviço, mais de 40 dias que contratei e não termina um serviço de 1 semana (chutando alto), sempre dando desculpas, não da para saber quando é verdade ou é mentira, não acreditem nas 4 estrelas do google, escolhi por isso e acabei me ferrando.
The service doesn’t end, more than 40 days I hired and doesn’t end a 1 week service (kicking loudly), always making excuses, I don’t know when it’s true or a lie, don’t believe the 4 google stars, I chose that and I ended up screwing myself.

Primeiro fui solicitar um orçamento logo pela manhã de uma quarta, solicitando que a pessoa viesse fazer o orçamento na quinta pela manhã. Porque haveria alguém na residência, quem me atendeu garantiu que iria. Depois de 7 dias (sim uma semana), um rapaz me liga querendo ir naquela hora fazer o orçamento. Disse que estava em trabalho, e após as 17 estaria lá. O rapaz veio deu o orçamento. Como era a única empresa mais perto, acabei fechando. Após o pagamento feito com a Flávia, recebi a informação de 5 dias úteis, mais o período de férias ok? Após cerca de 8 dias.. A instalação ocorreu, porém ficou faltando detalhes de vedação, que o funcionário garantiu ser por conta da chuva que fazia no período e que no outro dia vinha vedar. Ninguém veio, ninguém me deu um parecer. EU tive que ir atrás da empresa novamente para saber qual seria a conduta. E assim tive uma resposta que seria somente na outra semana. Foi combinado as 17.o rapaz chegou por volta de 19:00 (só sei esse horário porque ele me mandou fotos do restante do trabalho via whats nesse horário, pois não estava em casa tbm tinha compromissos e não poderia esperar duas horas de atraso . Atendimento é tudo em uma empresa de prestação de serviço.

First, I went to request a budget early on a Wednesday morning, asking the person to come to do the budget on Thursday morning. Because there would be someone in the residence, who attended me guaranteed that he would go. After 7 days (yes a week), a guy calls me wanting to go to the budget at that time. He said he was on work, and after 5 pm he would be there. The guy came gave the budget. As it was the only company closer, I ended up closing. After the payment made with Flávia, I received the information of 5 working days, plus the vacation period, ok? After about 8 days.. The installation took place, but there was a lack of sealing details, which the employee assured was due to the rain during the period and that the next day he came to seal. Nobody came, nobody gave me an opinion. I had to go back to the company again to find out what the conduct would be. And so I got an answer that would only be another week. It was arranged at 17. The boy arrived around 19:00 (I only know this time because he sent me photos of the rest of the work via whats at that time, as he was not at home, he also had appointments and could not wait two hours late. Service is everything in a service provider.

They do the job promising a guarantee, but they never keep it ... it's been over 2 months since I had a leak in my house, they always set a date to resolve it but the day they never go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!! Marquei pessoalmente com eles para virem fazer orçamento não vinheram e nem avisaram, tive que ligar para simplesmente falarem que não iam poder ir. Dei mais uma chance e marquei novo dia e horário e novamente nem apareceram. Um lixo!!! Não sei pra que, tem loja se não presta para fazer o mínimo que é um orçamento! Bom, pelo menos me livrei de uma bomba, magina se fizesse o contrato com eles.
Horrible!!! I personally made an appointment with them to come and make a budget, they didn't come and they didn't even warn me, I had to call them just to say that they wouldn't be able to go. I gave it one more chance and set a new day and time and again they didn't even show up. A trash!!! I don't know why, there's a store if it's not good to do the least that's a budget! Well, at least I got rid of a bomb, imagine if I made the contract with them.
