Ao terminarem o serviço, não testaram. Resumo: Todas as calhas ficaram vazando e não adiantou NADA o serviço.

Na segunda visita, quando veio realizar o serviço, marcamos às 9h, ele chegou as 13h.
O serviço não ficou bom. A calha está vazando e ele não me responde nem me atende.
Paguei adiantado e estou até agora falar com ele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço!!! Primeiro foi um Deus nos acuda para agendar a instalação, depois chegaram super atrasados para vir instalar a calha, mesmo eu dizendo mil vezes que tinha hora para sair. Por fim, instalaram a calha , porém está vazando no vizinho de baixo. Agora ele so fica me enrolando, sempre com uma desculpa do pq não veio. Pior empresa ! Fora que quebraram uma parte do meu piso
Terrible service!!! First it was a God help us to schedule the installation, then they arrived super late to come install the gutter, even though I said a thousand times that I had time to leave. Finally, they installed the gutter, but it's leaking in the downstairs neighbor. Now he just keeps rolling with me, always with an excuse why he didn't come. Worst company! Outside they broke a part of my floor

O sr Romeo da vem, faz a visita, Da orçamento, pede sinal e depois SOME!!!!
Fiquei 10 dias esperando ele vir e nada! Na primeira semana a desculpa foi a chuva, na segunda semana eu praticamente implorando pra fazerem o serviço devido a temporada de chuvas eles mal me respondiam. Romeo não atende nem responde mensagem! Luciana ( não sei se eh funcionaria ou esposa) demora pra responder mas responde sem saber sobre o assunto apenas para enrolar o cliente.
Por fim e para resumir a história, estou aqui, depois de ter pago mais de 50% do trabalho debaixo de goteiras!!!
Quisera eu ter visto a qualificação ANTES de ter fechado com esses IRREAPONSAVEIS! orçamento, pede adiante tô e depois SOME!

I spent 10 days waiting for him to come and nothing! In the first week the excuse was the rain, in the second week I was practically begging them to do the job due to the rainy season they barely answered me. Romeo does not answer or answer message! Luciana (I don't know if it would work or wife) takes a long time to respond but responds without knowing about the matter just to wind up the client.
Finally and to make a long story short, I'm here, having paid more than 50% of the work under a leak!!!
I wish I had seen the qualification BEFORE I closed with these IRREAPONSABLES! budget, ask ahead I'm and then SOME!
