Se recusou a entregar o meu pedido duvidando se eu era a pessoa que realmente tinha feito o pedido. Sendo que eu estava na porta da minha residência.
Reclamei com o dono da Cálidus e o mesmo foi extremamente grosseiro e mal educado.
Nunca mais compro alguma coisa nessa espelunca!
Sendo que a batata chips deles parecia ser industrial.
Daqui a pouco vai falir!!! Péssimo atendimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Higiene péssima e atendimento pior ainda. Mandei uma mensagem para a loja avisando que tinha um cabelo no meu lanche, e eles responderam com grosseria e deboche. Não recomendo.
Bad hygiene and even worse service. I texted the store that I had hair in my lunch, and they responded with rudeness and mockery. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche até gostoso, mais os atendentes são mega debochados com vocês, te destratam, estavam fechados e colocaram como aberto o restaurante, após uma espera de 2 horas, nos retornaram em tom de mega ignorância, disse que não compraria mais com a loja e nos retornaram falando que será um prazer não nos ter como cliente. Mega recepcionada, nunca mais compro nem recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o meu pedido pelo aplicativo como sempre faço e depois de quase 1hr30min esperando o lanche tentei ligar pra reclamar e mandei WhatsApp e nada de responder. Tive que procurá-los pelo directy Do Instagram pra eles me responderem e disseram que estavam fechados, e quando fui dizer que não compraria mais lá simplesmente me responderam "será um prazer". Me fizeram de trouxa e quando vou reclamar com eles simplesmente deboxaram de mim. Uma grande decepção, trata seus clientes com desrespeito e sarcasmo mesmo sabendo que o erro é 100% deles. Não recomendo a ninguém nunca mais. Decepcionado
I placed my order through the app as I always do and after almost 1hr30min waiting for the snack I tried to call to complain and I sent WhatsApp and didn't reply. I had to look for them on Instagram directy for them to answer me and they said they were closed, and when I went to say that I wouldn't buy there anymore, they simply replied "it will be a pleasure". They made me a fool and when I go to complain to them they just deboxed me. A big disappointment, it treats its customers with disrespect and sarcasm even knowing that the error is 100% theirs. I won't recommend it to anyone ever again. disappointed
