★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitooo bom, o atendimento e entrega foi super rápido e a bebida que tomamos estava maravilhosa, escolhi uma bebida gelada com café, mas pretendo voltar outras vezes e provar outras opções, lugar aconchegante bem no meio do shopping!
 Very good, the service and delivery was super fast and the drink we had was wonderful, I chose a cold drink with coffee, but I plan to go back other times and try other options, cozy place right in the middle of the mall!

Very nice place with varied menu I was very well attended, I had a delicious snack, everything very organized, I'll be back again, fast and friendly service I thought the prices were reasonable.

Na filal do shopping Nova Iguaçu apos 30min sem ser atendido pasme com vários funcionários de braços cruzados perguntei pela gerente foi quando uma senhora me atendeu expliquei que estava com minha acompanhante por mais de 30 min sem ser atendido,e que tal situação comprovava todos comentários ruins sobre a loja, e ela nada fez além de pedir desculpas em Tom de ironia, não posso opinar sobre os produtos pois não teve atendimento para provar mais posso falar do cardápio horrível rasgado e sem explicação adequada para os produtos pois não havia ilustração dos produtos, agora sobre o atendimento esse sim e horroroso nota 0000

At the Nova Iguaçu shopping branch, after 30 minutes without being attended to, I was amazed by several employees with crossed arms. I asked for the manager. When a lady attended me, I explained that I was with my companion for more than 30 minutes without being attended to, and that this situation was proof of all bad comments about the store, and she did nothing but apologize in ironic tone, I can't give an opinion about the products because there was no service to prove it, I can talk about the horrible torn menu and no proper explanation for the products because there was no illustration of the products, now about the service that yes, it's awful grade 0000

Pedimos um Black forest que veio sem a apresentação habitual da franquia e ao questionar as funcionárias estas disseram que as coisas eram batidas. Logo após serviram uma outra mesa com a apresentação a qual estamos acostumadas. Constrangimento total.
The experience was pretty bad. Rude service. We asked for a Black forest that came without the usual presentation of the franchise and when questioning the employees they said that things were beat. Soon after, another table was served with the presentation we are used to. Total embarrassment.
