★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma semana atrás comprei uma sapatilha de balé para minha filha, sem provar o tamanho, e me disseram que eu tinha 30 dias para trocar. Nesta semana, voltei à loja para trocar por um número menor. A sapatilha não foi usada nenhuma vez por minha filha, mas a vendedora se recusou a fazer a troca, dizendo que um elástico estava abrindo, e que a sapatilha deveria haver enroscado em algum lugar. Foi surreal ver a falta de respeito ao consumidor. Minha filha deu três passos com a sapatilha, na sala do apartamento, sendo evidente que o minúsculo defeito era de fábrica. Não fui ao PROCON por meu tempo valer muito mais que vinte e poucos Reais, mais não compro mais nada nessa loja.
A week ago I bought a ballet shoe for my daughter, without proving the size, and I was told I had 30 days to change. This week, I went back to the store to exchange for a smaller number. The sneaker was never used by my daughter, but the saleswoman refused to make the switch, saying that a rubber band was opening, and that the sneaker should have screwed up somewhere. It was surreal to see the lack of respect for the consumer. My daughter took three steps with the sneaker, in the living room of the apartment, it being evident that the tiny defect was from the factory. I didn't go to PROCON because my time was worth much more than twenty-something Reais, but I don't buy anything else at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo no super centro, sou cliente há muitos anos de acessórios de balet e natação;comprei uma sapatilha dia 14/09 , para um aniversário, porém a mesma ñ foi usada e achei melhor trocar do que jogar fora 20,00. Fui dia 16/10, a funcionária disse que ja tinha passado 30 dias mas que faria a gentileza de trocar, mas ñ contente ainda falou que eu prejudiquei as vendas dela pq a sapatilha ficou em falta e outras pessoas ficaram sem o produto, isso na frente de outra pessoa, eu agradeci e ainda gastei mais 40 reais comprando um shorts. Cheguei em casa e me dei conta de como fui trouxa de gastar mais e da falta de educação ... sou o cliente que ñ volta. Vou comprar em SP , mas na Caliman nunca mais.
Terrible at the super center, I have been a customer for many years of ballet and swimming accessories; I bought a sneaker on September 14, for a birthday, but the same one was used and I thought it was better to exchange it than throw it away 20.00. I went on 10/16, the employee said that it had already been 30 days but would be kind enough to change it, but ñ glad she still said that I hurt her sales because the shoe was missing and other people were without the product, that in in front of someone else, I thanked and even spent another 40 reais buying shorts. I got home and realized how muggle I was to spend more and the lack of education ... I am the customer who comes back. I will buy in SP, but at Caliman never again.

O tempo passou e hoje faço aulas de balé para adultos. Como não poderia ser diferente, voltei à loja que sempre foi de minha confiança, e comprei minhas roupas e acessórios, pois lá sempre encontrei produtos e atendimento excelentes!!!
Sou sempre muito bem atendida pelas vendedoras que são super atenciosas e me mostram várias opções de roupas em diversos modelos, cores, tamanhos etc. .Esta loja tem um leque muito grande de roupas de balé, ginástica, natação e fantasias para crianças.
Saio sempre muito satisfeita, portanto, indico esta loja, que na minha opinião é top!!
As a teenager I was a student of the Ballet course at the Municipal Theater and always bought my ballet clothes and accessories at Caliman, at the Super Centro Boqueirão. Time has passed and today I take ballet classes for adults. As it could not be otherwise, I went back to the store that was always my confidence, and bought my clothes and accessories, because there I always found excellent products and service !!!
I am always very well attended by salespeople who are super attentive and show me various clothing options in different models, colors, sizes etc. This store has a very wide range of ballet, gymnastics, swimming and children's costumes.
I always leave very satisfied, so I recommend this store, which in my opinion is top !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem estive na loja Caliman para comprar uma sapatilha de balé para minha filha, pois a dela de tanto uso já estava precisando de uma nova. Fui no intuito de comprar apenas a sapatilha, mas diante do ótimo atendimento, acabei comprando, também, outros acessórios pra minha filha e, de quebra, renovei minhas roupas de ginástica.
Lugar excelente! Tem muitas opções de roupas de ginástica, balé, natação e até sapatos para os que amam aula de dança. Sem falar que há o conforto do estacionamento na porta e um lugar para um bom cafezinho na praça de alimentação, bem em frente à loja.
Recomendo esta loja, pelo atendimento, qualidade dos produtos e pela localização. Nota mil!!!!!!
Yesterday I went to the Caliman store to buy a ballet shoe for my daughter, because hers was so much in use that I already needed a new one. I went in order to buy only the shoe, but in view of the great service, I ended up also buying other accessories for my daughter and, in addition, I renewed my gym clothes.
Excellent place! There are many options for gymnastics, ballet, swimming and even shoes for those who love dance lessons. Not to mention that there is the comfort of parking at the door and a place for a good cup of coffee in the food court, right in front of the store.
I recommend this store for its service, quality of products and location. Note thousand !!!!!!
