★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento via WhatsApp muito lerdo. Pastéis de vento quase sem recheio, com massa velha e encharcados de óleo, além de queimada. As batatas fritas são murchas e velhas, horríveis! Parecem ter dias, assim com a alface do sanduíche, que era a coisa mais razoável do pedido e ainda assim não era saboroso. Me sinto lesada, definitivamente não vale o que custa e não recomendo de forma alguma.
Service via WhatsApp very slow. Wind pastels almost without filling, with old and oil-soaked dough, as well as burnt. The fries are shriveled and old, horrible! They seem to have days, as with the lettuce in the sandwich, which was the most reasonable thing to order and still not tasty. I feel cheated, it's definitely not worth what it costs and I don't recommend it at all.

Na noite passada pedi 2 to de fricasse e uma batata grande (pra 3 pessoas) e a batata n veio nem metade da quentinha pq a maior parte estava entupida de catupiry com cheddar e uma calabresa q parecia ter sido cortada e colocada, pq n estava nem perto de estar frita. Oq veio de batata, chegou murcha ( deve ser por demorar mais de 1 hora pra entregar no mesmo bairro) e a batata adicional do lanche estava tostada e amargando como se tivesse sido frita em óleo velho. Os lanches pequenos, meio sem tempero mas estavam bons.
Um adicional: mandar 2 saches de maionese pro tamanho do pedido é mt miséria.
sempre amei comer na calixto mas dessa forma não vale mais a pena. No final do lanches sobraram 3 pessoas com fome (e umas calabresas cruas). Espero que levem como critica construtiva e melhorem!

I am very sad to say that I will not ask you again. Last night I ordered 2 tons of hashbrowns and a large potato (for 3 people) and the potato didn't come half as hot because most of it was stuffed with catupiry and cheddar and a pepperoni that seemed to have been cut and placed, because it wasn't not even close to being fried. The one came from potatoes, arrived wilted (it must be because it took more than 1 hour to deliver in the same neighborhood) and the additional potato from the snack was toasted and bitter as if it had been fried in old oil. Small snacks, a little unseasoned but good.
An additional: sending 2 sachets of mayonnaise to the order size is mt misery.
I've always loved eating at calixto but that way it's not worth it anymore. At the end of the snack, 3 hungry people were left (and some raw pepperoni). I hope they take constructive criticism and improve!

Fiz o pedido através do Whatsapp ás 21:33. Ás 22:13 me disseram que o pedido havia saído para entrega. Ás 23:15 o meu lanche ainda não havia chegado.
Infelizmente a demora não foi o maior problema.
O pastel tem gosto de óleo puro, a carne moída encharcada de gordura.
Comprei dois pasteis e mal consegui comer o primeiro. A batata é realmente muito murcha e sem sal.
Fiz uma crítica construtiva ao estabelecimento via Whatsapp e não obtive uma resposta acerca do que evidenciei, nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas.
Não recomendo e jamais compraria algo novamente.

I decided to order a pastel from Calixto because I had seen a lot of positive reviews on Ifood.
I made the request through Whatsapp at 21:33. At 22:13 I was told that the order had gone out for delivery. At 23:15 my snack had not arrived yet.
Unfortunately, delay was not the biggest problem.
The pastry tastes like pure oil, the ground meat soaked in fat.
I bought two pastries and barely managed to eat the first one. The potato is really very wilted and unsalted.
I made a constructive criticism of the establishment via Whatsapp and did not get an answer about what I evidenced, not even an apology.
I don't recommend it and would never buy anything again.
