Recentemente fui até a loja, abordei uma funcionária para pedir informação, mas fui ignorado. Enquanto eu estava perplexo, outra funcionária muito atenciosa veio me atender. Esta segunda funcionária procurou a primeira que procurei, que respondeu em tom ríspido e mal dando atenção a nós. Preferi sair sem comprar e usar uma loja virtual.
Vocês são excelentes, mas precisam separar o joio do trigo. Este tipo de comportamento é inaceitável. Vou passar um bom tempo sem retornar.
Most professionals are caring and competent. Unfortunately there is a minority that spoils. I recently went to the store, approached an employee to ask for information, but was ignored. While I was perplexed, another very attentive employee came to attend to me. This second employee sought out the first one I sought out, who responded in a gruff tone and barely paid any attention to us. I preferred to leave without buying and use an online store.
You are excellent, but you must separate the wheat from the chaff. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I will spend a good time without returning.
