★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não está sabendo trabalhar durante pandemia,os clientes precisam ser atendidos de alguma forma, virtualmente ou home office com telemarketing, um serviço simples como desbloquear o cartão para andar por outras regiões nos carros não é possível fazer. Pq não faz um site onde os clientes possam imprimir o boleto e pagar DAJ e realizar o desbloqueio virtualmente.?Transporte é um serviço essencial!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na verdade estou dando esta classificação, porque vejo que esta empresa até aqui deixa muito a desejar. Duas sugestões importantes para vcs analisarem. 1°, o cartões Camaçari card, deveria ser aceitos em postos de combustível. 2°, vcs precisam criar um aplicativo, para que nós clientes possamos consultar os créditos, sem ter que precisar acessar um ônibus pra isso.
I'm actually giving this rating, because I see that this company so far leaves a lot to be desired. Two important suggestions for you to analyze. 1, the Camaçari card, should be accepted at gas stations. 2 °, you need to create an application, so that we customers can consult the credits, without having to access a bus for that.
