A localização não é tão boa, mas o custo benefício é.
Tudo fica próximo e a praia esta a 800mts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anfitrião Renato super atencioso e disponível. Tínhamos todo o necessário para um estadia tranquila. Flat localizado na periferia, contudo os moradores são educados e atenciosos. No período de nossa viagem o esgotamento sanitário estava aguardando providências da Prefeitura, o que causou um odor muito desagradável, situação essa que não depende do Anfitrião e sim de providências da autoridade pública. Ótimo custo/benefício. Uma sugestão: pintura ou restauração no muro próximo da piscina para que possamos registrar e compartilhar os maravilhosos momentos que passamos lá. Obrigada Renato! Pretendemos voltar.
Host Renato super attentive and available. We had everything needed for a peaceful stay. Flat located on the outskirts, however the residents are polite and attentive. During the period of our trip, the sanitary sewer was waiting for action from the City Hall, which caused a very unpleasant odor, a situation that does not depend on the Host, but on measures taken by the public authority. Great value for money. A suggestion: paint or restore the wall next to the pool so that we can record and share the wonderful moments we spent there. Thank you Renato! We intend to return.
