★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 2 imóveis desde 2013 . Nesse tempo a inflação IPC foi 65,66% . Porém o IPTU dos mesmos já subiu 176% no mesmo período!!!! 20% só no último ano . Prefeita Suelen e câmara de vereadores. Melhorem os serviços em 100% antes de esfolar seus contribuintes! Não percebi nem 10% de melhorias nestes últimos 10 anos!!!! LAMENTÁVEL
I have 2 properties since 2013. At that time, CPI inflation was 65.66%. However, their IPTU has already risen 176% in the same period!!!! 20% in the last year alone. Mayor Suelen and City Council. Improve services by 100% before skinning your taxpayers! I haven't noticed even 10% improvement in these last 10 years!!!! UNFORTUNATE
