A obra do Terminal Rodoviário “Septimus Clark” foi iniciada em 1979, pela construtora JOLE LTDA (Teresina, Piauí) e concluída em outubro de 1981 inaugurada somente em 1982, durante a gestão do Ex Prefeito João Batista Ferreira Silva, com recursos oriundos da SEPLAN-PI/EBTU (Gestão do Ex Governador do Piauí Alberto Silva na EMBRATUR — autarquia especial do Ministério do Turismo responsável pela execução da Política Nacional de Turismo), em convênio: Governo do Estado do Piauí e Prefeitura Municipal de Parnaíba. Estiveram presentes em sua inauguração em janeiro, deste mesmo ano, a participação especial do Ex Governador do Estado do Piauí, Hugo Napoleão, Elias do Ximenes Prado Júnior, Paulo Rocha Jr e o Ex PrefeitoJoão Batista Ferreira Silva.(™ © ®)

The construction of the “Septimus Clark” Bus Terminal was started in 1979 by the construction company JOLE LTDA (Teresina, Piauí) and concluded in October 1981, which was inaugurated only in 1982, during the administration of former Mayor João Batista Ferreira Silva, with funds from SEPLAN -PI / EBTU (Management of Former Governor of Piauí Alberto Silva at EMBRATUR - special agency of the Ministry of Tourism responsible for the implementation of the National Tourism Policy), in agreement: Government of the State of Piauí and Parnaíba City Hall. Present at its inauguration in January this year were the special participation of Former Governor of the State of Piauí, Hugo Napoleon, Elias do Ximenes Prado Junior, Paulo Rocha Jr and Former Mayor João Batista Ferreira Silva.
