★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 11:15h na loja Camarão e Cia do Shopping Ilha Plaza, e fiquei esperando atendimento. A fisionomia das atendentes me olhando de longe, era de quem não estava satisfeita com a minha chegada. Depois de um tempo esperando, vieram me dizer que só atendiam "lá pras 11:30/12:00h". Fui buscar nas outras lojas meu almoço (todas as outras estavam funcionando...)
Em época de Pandemia, esnobar cliente não parece ser um bom negócio. Tenho certeza que o dono não sabe como anda o serviço em sua loja.
Perdeu um cliente e ganhou um multiplicador de informação ruim sobre a franquia.
 I arrived at 11:15 am at the Camarão e Cia store at Shopping Ilha Plaza, and I was waiting for service. The faces of the attendants looking at me from afar, were those who were not satisfied with my arrival. After waiting for a while, they came to tell me that they only answered "there for 11: 30/12: 00h". I went to get my lunch from the other stores (all the others were working ...)
In a time of Pandemic, snubbing a customer does not seem like a good deal. I'm sure the owner doesn't know how the service is going in his store.
Lost a customer and gained a multiplier of bad information about the franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caiu consideravelmente em sabor e na apresentação do prato. Está vindo super bagunçado! Notamos q até o tamanho diminuiu muito! No dia 16/01,no shopping ilha plaza, pedi duas refeições de estrogonofe de camarão e simplesmente horrível! Gosto somente de katchup fortíssimo e amido, sem sabor inclusive o arroz (horrível) ! Camarão, os poucos q tinham estavam borrachudos e sujos (nem tiraram a parte preta, q são as fezes do camarão)! Era cliente há muitos anos...
It fell considerably in flavor and presentation of the dish. It's coming super messy! We noticed that even the size decreased a lot! On 01/16, at the ilha plaza shopping mall, I ordered two meals of shrimp stroganoff and just horrible! I only like strong katchup and starch, with no flavor even the rice (horrible)! Shrimp, the few they had were rubbery and dirty (they didn't even remove the black part, which is the shrimp feces)! I was a customer for many years ...
