Cobrança indevida.
Na manhã do dia 20/11/2021 entre às 10:16 e 10:22 enviei um whatsapp para fazer o agendamento de uma escova para minha filha, a atendente só veio me responder as 11:04, quarenta minutos depois. O profissional que solicitei não estava disponível então a atendente sugeriu uma outra profissional, a Edivania, no mesmo minuto respondi, e só fui respondida 30 minutos depois. Retornei a mensagem na parte da tarde. 14:08 e só fui atendida as 14:43. Até aí aceitei a demora em responder, embora estava tentando agendar desde 10:16 e só fui atendidas as 14:40, por fim já era uma outra profissional que atenderia minha filha, agora seria a Patricia.
Agora o pior foi o que aconteceu depois...
Levei minha filha para fazer a "bendita escova" e o valor que é cobrado é a partir de R$ 35,00, da ultima escova na minha filha, à um mês atrás, foi cobrado R$ 40,00, então sei que pagaria até um pouco mais, em torno de até R$ 55,00, até porque o cabelo dela não é comprido, é no ombro.
A minha surpresa quando fui retirar minha filha, a profissional que iria atender minha filha não atendeu, foi outro profissional o Davi, fui para a recepção fazer o pagamento e eles cobraram o valor de R$ 95,00, alegando que depois da escova fizeram um baby lis.
Minha filha me olhou olhos e quis sinalizar que não. Olhei para o cabelo da minha filha e o máximo que fizeram foi curvar a escova na ponta na hora de secar. Pedi justificativa pra atendente e ela mencionou que: _o valor era esse.
Paguei e tirei minha filha pra não ver tudo isso.
Quando entrei no carro com a minha filha, ela me disse _ Mãe ninguém fez baby liss no meu cabelo, eu respondi: _ eu sei filha só não quero te expor a toda essa situação em ver pessoas tentando mentir na sua frente.
No caminho de casa parei meu carro eu liguei pedindo uma explicação pra tudo aquilo, e qual foi a minha surpresa, desligaram o telefone, retornei, vai que foi sinal que caiu né? Me falaram que iam passar para o profissional que atendeu minha filha, ou seja seria o Davi, só que não foi, foi uma outra mulher, me falando que o valor era esse.
Em resumo, deixei pra lá. O que me incomodou não foi só o valor, o que me incomodou foi em ter esse péssimo atendimento, ver a pessoa "alegar" um procedimento que realmente não foi feito, e infelizmente ter minha filha envolvida nessa história toda.
Decepcionada.

On the morning of 11/20/2021 between 10:16 and 10:22 I sent a whatsapp to schedule a brush for my daughter, the attendant only came to answer me at 11:04, forty minutes later. To my surprise when I went to pick up my daughter, the professional who was going to attend to my daughter did not attend, it was another professional, Davi, I went to the reception to make the payment and they charged the amount of R$ 95.00, claiming that after the brush they did it a curling iron.
My daughter looked me in the eye and wanted to signal no. I looked at my daughter's hair and the most they did was bend the brush at the end when drying. I asked the attendant for an explanation and she mentioned that: _the amount was this.
I paid and took my daughter not to see all this.
When I got in the car with my daughter, she told me _ Mom nobody did a curling iron on my hair, I replied: _ I know daughter I just don't want to expose you to this whole situation of seeing people trying to lie in front of you.
On the way home I stopped my car I called asking for an explanation for all that, and what was my surprise, they hung up the phone, I returned, it was a sign that it fell, right? They told me that they were going to pass it on to the professional who attended my daughter, that is, it would be Davi, but it wasn't, it was another woman, telling me that this was the value.
In short, I let it go. What bothered me wasn't just the value, what bothered me was having this terrible service, seeing the person "claim" a procedure that really wasn't done, and unfortunately having my daughter involved in this whole story.
Disappointed.
