★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já trouxemos nosso cachorro outras ocasiões ao Pet Shop Camasi, todavia nesse último atendimento, deixamos nosso cachorro e saímos para compromissos como sempre fazemos. Como o local estava cheio, ao retornar no momento de fechamento da loja, ele já havia sido tosado, mas ainda estava no processo de secamento. Talvez pelo número de cachorros que ali estavam, nosso cachorro ficou estressado e escapou das mãos da moça que o secava. Como ele corria pelo local e começou a ameaçar a morder (comportamento que ele nunca teve em pet shops), a dona do estabelecimento entrou e brigou com os funcionários que ali estavam por não conseguirem contê-lo. Ao pegarem o nosso cachorro, ela ralhando ainda, orientou aos funcionários que fizessem como ela: “Tem que enforcar ele, para que aprenda”. E nosso cachorro chorando com o procedimento da dona do pet shop. Ela não percebeu que minha esposa estava ali aguardando o término do serviço e que assistiu todo o fato. O atendente da loja e deduzo eu, dono da loja também, ao perceber a situação delicada, entrou no local de Banho e Tosa e foi recebido igualmente com palavras grosseiras da mulher: “Cachorro bravo tem que ser tratado assim!” Quando então ela percebeu que minha esposa estava observando sem citar uma palavra, ela ainda disse: “Se está achando ruim, vem aqui para fazer.” Interessante que não é a primeira vez, como citado, que ele toma banho no Pet Shop Camasi e até então, o nosso cachorro se portava muito bem. Sei que esses locais tem procedimentos com os cachorros “nervosos”, nesses casos adversos negativos, mas falar grosseiramente ao cliente que nem sequer citou uma palavra, é absurdo! Sem contar que apesar de não ser da área, penso eu que a ação nesses casos, não é o enforcamento do animal e sim outras ações que o acalme ou até mesmo o uso de uma fucinheira. O senhor da loja e creio que também proprietário, no momento da saída, pediu desculpas pelo episódio, e sinceramente, por ele, resisti em escrever essa avaliação, mas pelo atendimento da proprietária, achei importante registrar, para que outros animais que se comportem fora do padrão que ela espera, não recebam o mesmo tratamento que o meu recebeu hoje (30/12). Lamentável!
We have already brought our dog to Peti Camasi on other occasions, however in this last service, we leave our dog and go out for appointments as we always do. As he ran around the place and started to threaten to bite (behavior that he never had in pet shops), the owner of the establishment came in and fought with the employees who were there because they were unable to contain him. When they picked up our dog, she was still scolding, she instructed the employees to do as she did: “You have to hang him, so that he learns”. And our dog crying with the pet shop owner procedure. She didn't realize that my wife was there waiting for the job to end and that she watched the whole thing. The store attendant and I deduce myself, the store owner too, when he realized the delicate situation, entered the site of Bath and Tosa and was greeted equally with the woman's rude words: “Angry dog has to be treated like that! When she realized then that my wife was watching without saying a word, she still said: "If you're feeling bad, come here to do it." Interesting that it is not the first time, as mentioned, that he bathes in the Pet Shop Camasi and until then, our dog behaved very well. I know that these places have procedures with “nervous” dogs, in these negative adverse cases, but to speak rudely to the client who did not even quote a word is absurd! Not to mention that despite not being from the area, I think that the action in these cases is not the hanging of the animal, but other actions that calm it down or even the use of a fucinheira. The lord of the store and I believe that the owner, at the time of departure, apologized for the episode, and sincerely, for him, I resisted writing this review, but for the care of the owner, I found it important to register, so that other animals behave outside of the standard she expects, do not receive the same treatment that mine received today (12/30). Unfortunate!

Gosto muito do serviço de banho e tosa, dá pra ver que eles gostam do que fazem.
Ei serviço de hotelzinho oferecido é muito bom, os cãezinhos tem oportunidade de socializar com sua família e eles são muito bem cuidados!
