★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da loja e admito que tem uma diversidade de livros, principalmente infantis, que não se encontra em nenhuma outra loja na cidade, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar. Já fui umas três vezes e foi da mesma maneira e hoje minha Mãe foi procurar um presente na loja e depois me contou sobre como foi o atendimento, que por sinal foi a mesma experiência ruim que eu tive. Atendimento com indiferença! Por favor, melhorem. Obrigada
I like the store and I admit that it has a variety of books, especially children's, that you can't find in any other store in the city, but the service leaves something to be desired. I've been there three times and it was the same way and today my Mom went looking for a gift at the store and then told me about the service, which by the way was the same bad experience I had. Service with indifference! Please improve. Thanks
