Um dos mecânicos destratou o mecânico da minha confiança.
O câmbio que eu comprei, logo no primeiro uso deu um ruído nas reduzidas e escapou marcha, Levei na garantia, depois que me entregaram funcionou +- um mês e a tampa do carter rachou, vazou todo óleo. Fomos instruidos a fazer um reparo temporário, colocar óleo
e levar para a garantia. O cambio voltou a escapar marcha. Levamos para garantia. Quando me entregaram a tampa do carter havia sido trocada mas o câmbio continuava a escapar marcha. Finalmente desistimos de levar lá para arrumar.
O Senhor Abimael é muito gentil e atencioso, mas com relação ao serviço nao tive na Câmbio Bastos uma boa experiência.
I had to insist to get the invoice.
One of the mechanics mistreated the mechanic I trusted.
The gearbox I bought, right on the first use, it made a noise in the reduced gears and it escaped, I took it under warranty, after they delivered it to me it worked +- a month and the crankcase cap cracked, all oil leaked. We were instructed to make a temporary repair, add oil
and take it in for warranty. The gear shifted back into gear. We take it in for warranty. When they gave me the crankcase cover had been changed but the gearbox continued to slip out of gear. We finally gave up taking it there to fix it.
Mr. Abimael is very kind and attentive, but in terms of service, I did not have a good experience at Câmbio Bastos.
