E no segundo envio em que disseram que estava tudo certo, que chegou só dia 31/07 enviaram errado novamente! Até eu conseguir uma resposta, fui receber o produto correto somente dia 06/08! Mais de duas semanas para conseguir resolver a minha situação, sendo que eu tinha urgência nos produtos. E depois de toda essa demora, nem um brinde, nem um tipo de ressarcimento pelo transtorno, atraso e péssimo trabalho da expedição. Não recomendo pra ninguém fazer compra pelo site da Penalty, simplesmente péssimo!
The support from Penalty (CAMBUCI SA) is terrible! I received my order on 21/07 completely wrong! And on the second shipment they said everything was fine, that it only arrived on July 31, they sent it wrong again! Until I got an answer, I received the correct product only on 06/08! More than two weeks to be able to resolve my situation, as I had urgently needed products. And after all this delay, not a toast, not even a kind of compensation for the inconvenience, delay and bad work of the expedition. I don't recommend anyone to make a purchase through the Penalty website, it's just terrible!
