★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A doutora Kalinka é uma médica excelente, e sua agenda vive lotada. Mas nesses últimos dias a clinica mudou de localização e nem se quer colocaram um aviso na frente da clinica, podiam ter colocado no minimo uma mensagem eletrônica nos telefones. Em fim achei um descaso com os pacientes.
Dr. Kalinka is an excellent doctor, and her schedule is busy. But in the last few days, the clinic has changed its location and they didn't even want to put a notice in front of the clinic, they could have put at least an electronic message on the phones. In the end I found neglect with the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total desrespeito ao agendamento, se você agendou as 10h00 saiba que será atendido depois das 11h00. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O PRÓXIMO. Aquela velha postura dos médicos, meu tempo é mais valioso que o seu.
Total disrespect to the scheduling, if you booked at 10am, know that you will be attended after 11am. LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE NEXT. That old attitude of doctors, my time is more valuable than yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência na clínica sempre foi boa. Mas esta tarde estive na clínica e uma senhora super debilitada teve que subir uma escada enorme para ser atendida. O pânico no rosto dela ao ver a escada me comoveu. Um casal a ajudou e ela conseguiu chegar ao consultório médico escorada neles. Não existe elevador. Se você tem algum problema de mobilidade, se informe na recepção se o consultório de seu médico é no térreo ou primeiro andar. Se for no primeiro, certamente sua ida na clínica será um trauma.
My experience at the clinic has always been good. But this afternoon I was at the clinic and a very frail lady had to climb a huge ladder to be treated. The panic on her face at the sight of the stairs touched me. A couple helped her and she managed to get to the doctor's office propped up on them. There is no elevator. If you have a mobility problem, ask at reception if your doctor's office is on the ground or first floor. If you go to the first, your visit to the clinic will certainly be trauma.
