Minha sobrancelha ficou totalmente manchada (falhas) na micropigmentação! Sem contar que somente pedi para preencher as falhas , única cor que não pedi foi marrom , Camila Andrea “discutiu” com minha filha de 7 anos que era cinza; sendo que minha filha insistia na cor marrom !
Sem contar a arrogância da Camila , parecia que ela fazia um favor para mim !
Did not deliver as promised!
My eyebrow was totally stained (flaws) in micropigmentation! Not to mention that I only asked to fill in the gaps, the only color I didn't ask for was brown, Camila Andrea “argued” with my 7 year old daughter who was gray; my daughter insisting on brown!
Not to mention Camila's arrogance, it seemed like she was doing me a favor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! FALTA DE RESPEITO! Marquei horário para fazer alguns procedimentos. Cheguei com 25 minutos de antecedência. Não respeitaram o meu horário que estava agendado e ainda passaram uma cliente que chegou depois e não havia marcado. Só depois de insistir em saber o que estava acontecendo é que vieram me dar uma satisfação de qualquer jeito. Eu não pago para ir em um lugar aonde ficam de gozação com uma situação séria. No mínimo deveria ter sido avisada com antecedência, e não com 55 minutos de atrasado. Cliente que agenda horário deve ser respeitado. Me atrasei para um compromisso, e não sai nem um pouco satisfeita com o atendimento e com o serviço.
TERRIBLE! LACK OF RESPECT! I set time to do some procedures. I arrived 25 minutes in advance. They did not respect my scheduled time and still passed a client who arrived later and had not scheduled. Only after insisting on what was going on did they come to give me a satisfaction anyway. I do not pay to go to a place where they are mocking with a serious situation. At the very least it should have been warned in advance, not 55 minutes late. Customer scheduling schedule must be respected. I'm late for an appointment, and I'm not at all satisfied with the service and service.
