Liguei no estabelecimento, o atendente super mal educado falou pra ligar direto na empresa Pilar, entrei em contato com o fone do atendimento ao consumidor e a atendente Angela disse pra ligar no dia seguinte pois a responsável Cida já tinha ido embora, isso as 15:45hs! Enfim, fiquei sem água em casa e sem uma atendimento adequado! Liguei novamente na distribuidora Camilly Águas e o atendente novamente mal educado começou a dizer que eu estava mentindo! Uma falta de respeito com o cliente! Em resumo, tive q comprar outro garrafão mais caro, pagar a diferença e ainda ouvir desaforo!
I bought a 20 gallon Pilar brand on the Camilly Waters establishment, came with lots of dirt floating, and a dead spider inside! I called the establishment, the super rude clerk spoke to call the company Pilar, I contacted the customer service phone and the attendant Angela said to call the next day because the person in charge Cida was already gone, this at 15: 45 hours! Anyway, I ran out of water at home and without proper care! I called again at the distributor Camilly Waters and the clueless clerk again started saying I was lying! A lack of respect with the customer! In summary, I had to buy another more expensive car, pay the difference and still listen to outrage!
